The reason I create this group is that I have been benefited from sports a lot in terms of health improvement either mentally or physically. Especially in this hard historic time, the dopamines that sports bring, have given, and helped many people around me positive attitude towards to the daily life.
There is no limitation of the definition for what is sporty life, it could be broad, anything relates to sport is welcomed:
1. TV show for any sports that you like
2. your sport moments or other people's
3. equipments that you recommend to help do easier or professional exercise
4. ask for other people's encouragement when you are inactive
5. etc
